Kyouei Yoko Co. was established in Central Tokyo to sell automotive components.

1988

The Industrial Machinery Sales Division was spun off into Kyouei Seiko Co., as a new company with the view of greater expansion.

2003

To expand into new markets with new products and marketing strategy, the company’s name was changed to KS Material Co., Ltd.

2004

Technology Research Institute Established in Sakai-shi, Osaka.

2006

Sapporo Sales Office established in Kita-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido.

2008

Sales Headquarters relocated to Kohoku-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa.

2009

Industrial Materials Department established in Minami-ku, Sakai-shi, Osaka.

2012

Headquarters relocated to Kohoku-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa.
Sapporo Sales Office relocated to Toyohira-ku, Sapporo-shi, Hokkaido.

2013

Food Division established in Kohoku-ku, Yokohamashi, Kanagawa.
Engineering Department and Industrial Materials Department relocated to Izumi-shi, Osaka.

2014

Permission to operate as a cosmetics product manufacturing and sales business obtained.

2016

Moved the Engineering Department and the Industrial Materials Department to Osaka Yodogawa Ward Separated Food Business Division and established Sakai Co., Ltd. as a new company

2017

Established SMP Division (currently SMP Yokohama Base) in Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture

2020

Technical Department moved to Shinyoshida, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture

2021

Distribution Center and Wine Business Office opened in Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture

2022

Opened SMP Sapporo Base in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido, and moved the Sapporo Sales Office to Kitahiroshima City.

2024

2024 Along with the establishment of the new head office, the headquarters was relocated to Nippacho, Kohoku-ku,Yokohama-shi,Kanagawa. With the new headquarters, the Engineerubg Department was relocated to Nippacho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa.
